Online Business Review

Welcome to your Online Business Review. An easy to use management tool which allows you to assess the health of your business by answering questions on the following six key areas:

• Developing strategy and leadership for your business
• Managing your cash flow
• Managing your customers
• Managing risk
• Understanding your finances
• Working with suppliers.

How long will it take?

The Review is split into 6 modules which gives you the flexibility to choose which areas of your business you want to analyse. You don't have to answer them all and on average each module should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.

How will I benefit?

After completing your Review you will be able to download a detailed report which will:

• Highlight opportunities for growth
• Identify some of the key challenges your business may be facing
• Provide practical guidance as to how you might address these
• Detail sources of further information and support
